No photos of interest yet, I swear I'm going to sneak into Anderson Hall to photograph my alpacas one day soon!
In re-cap of today I bought sewing supplies and scrap fabric to make softies. Yes, this is homework. I'm doing them for my next Color Theory project. So my roommate, who is an ex-fashion major, showed me how to use the sewing machines down at Eichburg Hall (Fashion building). So I think I know how to do it now, and I can't wait to get started. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday. I also stole two apples from the cafeteria.
And tonight shall be very, very long as I toil away at orthographic which should have been completed over the weekend. Joy! And onward I march.

I so, so, so, so envy your Color Theory homework. It so isn't fair.
Also, I wish I knew how to sew (better) and had time to do it! I've decided that there are no such things as weekends at SCAD, just days where we don't have classes. The working never ends.
I'd better see some pictures next time B!!!
Joking, joking.
I'm really excited about these sewn softies though! <3 I can't wait to see them. What do you think you'll make this time?
Out of curiosity, what are your orthos of?
kiriska- i know! my prof is all sorts of amazement. the project guidelines are so big, you can work a lot into them. and the only real big requirement is that it goes towards our major.:D but we still have to do all the color swatches too. ;u;
sujen- i dunno. ;u; something sewn, i can't use the same material twice. orthos are of a clamp. its bitchier than one would think. either that or i'm just retarded.
you totally mean something ridiculously CUTE.
XD Late nights are making me delirious.
I totally agree with you; orthos are a complete BITCH. Anything done in ortho becomes completely devoid of life that it previously possessed as an inanimate object. But that might just be because I suck at drawing them. *hates on rulers*
Yeah, but color swatches are over with by the second week more or less, yeah? <_<
Also, re: need for art filters -- It'd be simple to program in, but since dA's categorization system is RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL, I'm not sure how much it'd actually help until a better one was in place. Like, I don't mind furry art at all, it's just the weird fetish ones that are like, um, do not want. They probably need an Anime>Fetish and Anthropomorphic>Fetish section. I also think it'd be a great idea for them to implement a tagging system rather than their inefficient keyword system. :/
